okay slay!! I made this last night and it was amazing! my grocery store leeks didn’t look great so I used brussels sprouts and it worked perfectly.

Made this tonight and it was so simple and delicious, the leeks almost caramelized. I will add fingerling potatoes next time. Thanks for sharing.

Made this for dinner tonight and it was so easy, exactly the amount of effort I was in the mood for. I added some fingerling potatoes to the pan too. Love the crunch the breadcrumbs provide, and the punch of the lemon!

I made this today and by the time the leeks were soft and done to my liking, the salmon was too dry. Next time I will put the leaks in for 10 minutes before adding the salmon. Otherwise, a lovely recipe, really enjoyed it.
