Carolina I am constantly baking this cake! I love it! I’ve even drizzled an orange syrup made with Grand Marnier and served it with a sweet mascarpone whipped cream dollop.

I’d dare to guess it might be a temperature problem, maybe your oven doesn’t get as hot as mine did, so I’d suggest baking it a little bit longer, maybe add 10 more minutes to the overall baking time :)

tricky one, GF all purpose flour might do the job! if you want a flourless cake recipe, I have a chocolate one on my Instagram or YouTube!
