This is such a warm fall recipe! My first time making cheesecake and caramel, also took your advice and used an entire baking dish. It turned out so good and I was asked to bring this to holiday gatherings. Delicious!

It's very good but also very rich! I'm not a big fan of caramel sauce but I made it. I liked the cheesecake layer...similar to a German cheesecake. The fruit layer is a nice twist and would be great with other options including cranberry for a seasonal option. The crunchy layer is not bad but I might ended with a light topping of toasted almond brittle.
