I usually make about 5 kg of meat at a time because they keep great in the freezer and we love them. My recipe difer somewhat of yours but I will try it with the next ocasion. The grounded meat here is finer than the one we use in Romania so I buy mine from Halal shops (also has a better flavor and more fat content). I tried several bone broths too but I find the beef tail one supergreat so I used that for the past 2 years. Thank you for promoting Romanian food, you are great in so many ways.
