You can definitely use them on grill and in oven. It's best to soak the skewers before doing so....to absorb moisture and not burn while cooking. Hope this was helpful
It was delicious. I'm super lazy so I used jarred roasted red peppers and the pickled jalapeños from my cupboard. The salsa still turned out incredible and really juiced up my hotdog. It looks like there are some chopped onions on the final picture so I added those too. Wonderful recipe.
We just made this for our Fathers Day / summer cookout and these were a HIT! So good. Don’t scrimp on the mayo either bc the heat from the relish, w the cooling effect of the pickle mayo…. Perfect. And the spiral! Who knew! Great dish. Thank you
