Made this for an Easter app, it was a big hit. Subbed with walnuts and pomegranate balsamic vinegar, cut up the leeks to make it easier to eat/pile on toasty baguette. Yum. Thank you!

Great recipe. I've done leeks braised with wine before but this nudges it nicely towards the Eastern Mediterranean.
