I love most of your recipes. Easy to follow and cost effective (which is always a BIG help). Thank you.

I am highly allergic to ALL kinds of peanuts, tofu and garbanzos. Can you provide alternatives with these ingredients in your recipes in the future. Thank you.

Hi Carolina! Just wanted to say that this recipe has changed my life a little? I've been cooking consistently for the past seven years or so, and for that whole time I have been a STRICT recipe follower, with little confidence to try something off the cuff. This recipe, specifically the green + grain + chickpea + cucumber + feta base has given me the confidence to riff on it endlessly! I've been making some variation of this salad since you published this recipe, each one a little different. It has made me feel SO much more confident as a home cook. I just wanted to say thank you for that!!
