Hi Carolina! I follow you over on Instagram but sooo excited to try this unique twist on my fav focaccia bread! I’m born and raised in California, but definitely not as pumpkin crazy as most! I like the pumpkin spice inspired recipes when it gets colder, but it seems as though our climate is being affected by global climate change for sure!
This looks delicious, I can’t wait to give it a go! And I’m a bit like you - I’m British so a pumpkin is for carving, souping, I’d for roasting as a side dish, but I must say that the American pumpkin spice season has inspired me to get creative every year and make things I’d not ordinarily have tried such as pumpkin pasties and pumpkin gnocchi (https://ingredientbyrachelphipps.substack.com/p/pumpkin-recipes) but to me it is still very much a savoury, not sweet ingredient!

We have a son that served a Church mission there for two years and as a surprise to him, I taught myself Romanian--I'm not that great, it is just very fun to have that little link with him and now with you)
