Chocolate . . . peanut butter . . . how could it be any better!

These look wonderful!!! my favorite combo for this time of year (peanut butter goes off my radar every year but then comes back on in deep winter...)

I'm with you, it's such a perfect flavor pairing for the season :)

Greta’s comment about the amount of cream cheese is pretty important. Can anyone clarify?

Carolina Gelen's avatar

just updated the recipe, it was a typo on my end :)

Thank you! Guess it’s really just a question of whether you want cheesy peanut butter or peanutty cream cheese. 😁 can’t wait to try this!

Question! The recipe says 226g (16oz) of cream cheese - however 226g of cream cheese is 8oz. Is it indeed 16oz (452g) of cream cheese, or 8oz? THANKS!

good catch! it was a typo on my end, the correct measurement is 8 oz :)

I made these today for the fam and can't wait for dessert!!

I only have whipped cream cheese on hand right now… Can I use that instead of the regular block of cream cheese? If so, what would the measurement be?

Made a big batch of this for a party three days in advance — will report back on how it turns out!!

Came out so good! More dense after sitting in the fridge for a while but lightened up after sitting out. Got highest remarks from guests!!

How long will these last and stay good for in the fridge?

Would it work if you pipe the mousse into cups a day in advance, then just add the crackers and ganache the day of?

Just made this and it was so easy. One question though: what do you do to get through the hour of refrigeration?! I'm itching to eat one. 🤤
