I saw this on your Insta reels this morning. I just finished eating it and have already shared it with salad-loving friends. This is FANTASTIC (I subbed freekeh for the farro, but this would be excellent with anything similar - the texture is the important part, in my opinion). This is definitely going into my regular rotation.
