SCRAPS #41: a tender, fruity yogurt cake perfect for spring
Made with frozen blueberries - worked perfectly no changes to the steps
If I’m going to use frozen blueberries, do I need to defrost & drain them?
I don’t have baking soda on hand, is it really necessary?
this looks so good! i'm going to try it this weekend <3
This cake is lovely! I swapped frozen cranberries 😚. So light and lovely, thank you!
Looks amazing! Can I substitute the butter for oil in this recipe?
Can’t WAIT to try this!!!
I'm super excited to try this recipe tomorrow! I only have small frozen blueberries... should I still toss them in the 2 T of flour? :)
Wow, this looks really, really good. I live that the recipes you share have some home-feel to them, and aren't crazy all over the place stuff. I'm definitely going to try this asap. Thank you!
This was delightful! I added some lemon zest to the batter and it was a nice addition -if you like a bit of lemon essence ;) not too sweet which I prefer! Thank you miss Carolina!!
Made this today and it’s DELICIOUS. Didn’t have lemons for the glaze so added a 1/2 tsp of orange extract to it with 1/2 tsp of vanilla and it was great!! Amazing recipe!
Can’t wait to try this recipe this weekend! <3
