I just made these and they are delicious!! I used diced green onions since I didn’t have dill. Also, Aldi’s canned salmon was good on the budget but not the easiest to work with- still tasted great!

Didn't oversoak, per instructions, but dumplings fell apart in pan -- curious where our fail is. Is the move to double wrap?
I tried soaking my rice papers for just a few seconds and they totally fell apart in the pan 😩 any pointers on what I did wrong?
Mine fell apart too and I soaked more according to pkg instructions.
(but the pile of gloop I’m eating is still delicious lol)
Do you think this would work with canned salmon?
I just used regular tinned salmon and it was 10/10
